I really loved tobacco. I would tell myself the only reason I smoke is because I honestly enjoy it. But the truth was I smoked every day for 24 years! I was addicted and needed help! But the question is how do you just stop an addiction you’ve been doing for over two decades?
Today I live an addiction free life! I don’t have meat, dairy, eggs, oil, starches, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine or any stimulants or even cooked food.
