I used to be addicted to fast food, Taco Bell to be exact! I started out just having it every once in a while, then it quickly became a daily habit. My body would crave it so desperately.
It just so happens that during this time I developed the most severe depression i’ve ever experienced. I also started leaving my TV on from morning ‘till night. I became financially destitute and unmotivated. This all perpetuated a downward spiral and I sunk deeper and deeper into despair.
